Directions for Reimbursement Requests using an iPhone or Mac:
1. Complete Reimbursement Form. If you are filling on a phone, you have to save the form into notes before you can fill it. If on a computer, form can be filled on the website.
2. Open Notes app and create a note for your reimbursement request - must be saved to the “On My Phone” folder in Notes.
3. Tap the camera button, then tap Scan Documents.
4. Take a photo of both your completed reimbursement request form on your computer screen (or printed out version) and your receipts.
5. If your device is in Auto mode, your document will automatically scan. If you need to manually capture a scan, tap the Shutter button or press one of the Volume buttons. Then drag the corners to adjust the scan to fit the page, then tap Keep Scan.
6. Tap Save or add additional scans to the document.
7. Email your completed request to: [email protected].
Directions for Reimbursement Requests using Google Drive on Android:
1. Complete Reimbursement Form. Form is a fillable PDF for your convenience.
2. Open the Google Drive app.
3. In the bottom right, tap Add.
4. Tap Scan.
5. Take a photo of both your completed reimbursement request form on your computer screen (or printed out version) and your receipts.
6. Save your reimbursement request.
7. Email your completed request to: [email protected].
*Hard copies of reimbursement requests and receipts can still be submitted via the purple folder in the school office or mailed directly to the PTO Treasurer: Nativity Parish School PTO, 3700 W 119th St, #1085, Leawood, KS 66209.
