Information on Registration
 
 Nativity Day School is excited to offer placement for children age 3 by Aug 16th, 2025, and Kindergarten Prep for children age 4 by Aug 31st, 2025.  All children in the day school must be potty trained before the start of school. Please see our potty-training policy for more information.

 Registration will open on January 26th, 2025.  If you have a current NPS student, you will log into your account and complete the application using the links below.  If you are enrolling a new student,  you will visit a links below and create a brightwheel account.  
 
 Registration will only be open for a short period of time.  From Jan 26th until midnight on Feb 14th, 2025.  After registration closes, we will need 2 weeks to finalize registration for current and incoming day school students.  By March 1st, 2025, acceptance letters & wait list letters will go out to families.  If you are a current student who forgets to register during enrollment time you will be added to our wait list. Please make sure you register.
 
  Registration is not first come first serve.  We have priority placement starting with current families enrolled in the day school currently. We will prioritize current K-8 families with an incoming day school student after, then open up registration to parishioners of Church of the Nativity.  If you are not registered as a parishioner this will affect your placement at Nativity. After registered parishioners, we will enroll other parishioners outside of Nativity, then non-parishioners.
 
 Many factors are put into this process.  Nativity day school is a licensed school in the state of Kansas and have ratios set by the State.  We would like to have a good balance of part-time children and full-time children as well.  We realized many families have working parent(s).  For families needing extended day care, Nativity offers Afterschool care on days when school is in service.  Afterschool care is not offered on half days of school.  
 
 A registration fee must be paid, and will be invoiced to you.  This is done manually, please allow us 24-28 hours to invoice you for the registration fee for day school or our afterschool care program.  A successful payment must be made to be considered for placement.  If for any reason we cannot offer you placement, and you do not want to remain on the wait list, we will refund your fee.  For anything else, like a change of heart, or move, a refund fee will not be granted as it is nonrefundable after acceptance.
