We are very excited about the Fourth Annual Knight Under The Stars auction on February 4, 2012, which is Nativity Parish School’s largest fundraiser. The auction generates funds to help support the academic needs of our students and the success of this fundraiser depends upon the generosity of donors who care about our young people. At this time, we are respectfully requesting your support by asking for a contribution to this year’s auction.
Your participation in Knight Under the Stars 2012 is vital to the success of our school. Your contribution will help us educate and prepare over 500 students enrolled at Nativity for the future. As a supporter, your business will be promoted to our entire membership. Your business name will also be included with a description of your item in our event catalog. Over 350
guests attending our event all live in your area and patronize our local businesses.
In an effort to keep our annual event exciting and fun, we need donations that make interesting auction items as well as cash contributions that help underwrite packages and impact the bottom line. Both are appreciated and add to the success of the evening.
Enclosed is a donation form to specify your gift, its value and how you wish to be recognized in the Knight Under the Stars 2012 catalog. Please complete and return the form, along with your donation and retain the pink copy for your records. Please direct all donations to the Nativity Parish School Auction Committee, 3700 West 119th Street, Leawood, KS 66209.
