Requirements and Admissions
We are excited to welcome you to Nativity Parish School. Our staff is available to assist you in getting the process started at your convenience. If you have any questions, need more information or to schedule a school visit, please contact Sondra Gustafson at 913-338-4330.
All students of Nativity Parish School must register with the church prior to enrollment to the school.
If your physical address falls within the boundaries of our parish (south of 435, west of State Line, north of 135th St and east of Metcalf) , and you would like to officially register, please download and complete the form below. After printing out the form and filling it out completely, please return it to the Parish Office via fax, 913.491.5065 or mail it to: 3800 West 119th Street, Leawood, KS 66209.
Please also complete the Nativity parishioner Ministry Sign-Up (below) Time, Talent & Treasure form either electronically or by filling out a hard copy.

Tithing Philosophy
Nativity Parish School is funded through the generous tithing of more than 2100 registered parishioners.
Tithing benefits both the parish and the parishioner. Your contributions go directly toward underwriting costs to educate your children, employ caring professional instructors and helping the Parish sustain more than 70 active parish ministries and programs.
The challenges created by today's economic environment are many and great. And that makes our request to respectively ask all parish families to prayerfully consider a tithe of 5% all the more important. Your tax deductible contributions help offset our average $5600 per-student costs to educate one child, in addition to sustaining the all important ministries above.
